Dynamic Network (DN)

A Dynamic Network (DN) is a customizable, self-managed communication network created by business account owners within the Call Central ecosystem. It allows organizations to establish and manage their own private network environment—complete with users, sites, and feature configurations—tailored to their operational needs.

Business owners can easily create, configure, and maintain their Dynamic Networks through the Customer Super Admin App without external approval. Each DN can include multiple sites, support up to 100 users, and offer flexible subscription options such as Call Central Basic, Plus, or Enterprise.

Every Dynamic Network comes with: A 30-day trial period for new networks. Customizable communication features, including optional N2N (Network-to-Network) connectivity. Integrated payment and renewal management. A dedicated admin panel for monitoring and updating network details. Dynamic Network members access their network using a unique Network Code, enabling secure, role-based login and feature access. Meanwhile, the Super Admin Portal (SAP) provides centralized oversight for all networks, business accounts, and subscriptions, ensuring smooth system management and scalability.
